There are 3 simple steps in the application process. Please click on the links below to complete the application process.

1. FILL OUT APPLICATION
If you have not yet filled out our application so that we can match you with Careseekers that need your unique skills and share
as many of the same interests as possible, please click on the application link here to fill out the application.

2. VIDEO INTERVIEW
The process is simple. We created a few questions for you to answer on your own time via webcam or mobile device.

To complete your video interview, please follow the steps outlined below and complete a video interview by July 16 to be considered for a Caregiver position.

2. You will be brought to the landing page specifically for the Caregiver position that you applied for.
3. Follow the instructions provided by Spark Hire to complete your video interview.

You’ll receive an email when your video interview has been successfully completed.

This type of interview gives you the opportunity to truly let your personality shine and stand out from the rest of the candidates.

3. Background Check

In Home Care Connections uses BackgroundChecks.com to run all of our Background Checks. We do this so that we do not have access to your personally identifiable information such as your social security number. We are interested in keeping that information secure and the best way to do that is to use a secure company such as BackgroundChecks.com.
